Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new silhouette, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and have all original hygiene liners and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the garment you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is unbroken, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
